strawberry salsa
Recipe for strawberry salsa

  • 1 fresh serrano or jalapeņo chili

  • 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice

  • 1 Cup finely chopped strawberries

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion

  • 1/2 tsp. sugar if desired

  • 2 Tbs minced fresh cilantro

Mix all the ingredients together and rest for 30 minutes before serving.
