Recipe
for salsa verde
This is not a spicy salsa but I have had
many requests for it, so here you go....
SALSA VERDE

1 cup Flat leafed parsley, finely chopped

1 tbspn Gherkins, finely chopped

2 tbspns Baby capers

3 tbspns Red wine vinegar

4 cloves Garlic, finely chopped

1 tbspn Chopped Anchovies

100ml Extra-virgin olive oil
Make the salsa verde by combining the parsley, gherkins, capers,
anchovies and garlic in a bowl, then whisking in the red wine vinegar and
olive oil.
